==CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY==
ALL cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the reservation date by 5:00pm EST. Any cancellations after this time will result in the credit card holder being billed for a minimum 1 night stay at the value of the reserved site. Unclaimed sites will be made available on the opening of the next business day. If the party shows after this point, the next best available site at the time will be offered.

==CHECK IN POLICY==
All campers MUST check in before office closing due to security reasons as the park is now gated with security system. This is a simple but effective safety measure for our patrons. Please refer to our Office Hours to ensure that you have a seamless check in and avoid any issue. For further information, please contact our office

==CREDIT CARD & NON CREDIT CARD RESERVATIONS ==
Reservations for the Wooded Primitive Area, Cabins, and any Serviced Sites require a valid credit card. Verification of this will be made at the time of the reservation.
Bookings for the Over Flow areas do not require a credit card; however a valid driver’s license will be requested. Please confirm the Over Flow site amenities available prior to booking.

 
 
Tent rentals are available - please inquire when reserving.
On all electric sites and cabins there will be a 3 night minimum on all holiday weekends
* The weekly rate is based on a 7 day stay where you pay for 6 days and get the 7th day FREE

Resort Rules

  • Alcohol is permitted but please no glass containers around the pool.
  • Pets are permitted but please pick up after them and keep them on a lead.
  • Please do not allow your pet in the pool area.
  • No aggressive breeds please (Pit Bulls, Rotweillers, etc.).
  • Please be mindful of your neighbors, no loud music after 11:00 p.m..
  • No running in the pool area or diving in the pool.
  • While driving on the property please drive no faster than 20 km/hour.
  • NO vehicle traffic after 10:00pm (golf carts excluded)
  • No illegal drugs permitted.
  • No one under the age of 19 years is allowed in the park except for Thanksgiving weekend
