The Point Tent & Trailer Resort seeks highly motivated, outgoing, friendly and hard working individuals to fill
hospitality positions in the areas of retail operations & reservations and maintenance. These positions run from May
through September and involve a non-typical work week.

1. Retail Operations & Reservations Specialists:

Responsible for all retail store operations, including campground reservations, both individual & group, as well as registration of arriving campers. Specialists must be able to work with others and independently in a fast paced environment. Retail experience would be an asset. Strong communication, solutions oriented, excellent customer service, computer, cash handling/register and organizational skills, along with a valid driver’s license are required.

2. Maintenance Workers:

Responsible for the upkeep and cleaning of park buildings and facilities including washrooms, cabins and campsites along with grass cutting, tree trimming, painting, and other related duties. This is an outdoor position that may require individuals to work independently without constant or direct supervision. Outgoing, hardworking persons with strong communication skills are required for dealing with guests. A valid driver’s license is required and First Aid Certification would be an asset.

3. Mobile Kitchen Cook and Attendant:

Onsite mobile kitchen is looking for 2 qualified, responsible and motivated staff to fill part-time weekend positions as Cook & Customer Service Attendant. This position is responsible for food preparation, cooking and assembling of a limited menu, while attending to customers and managing operation of the mobile kitchen. Individuals must be able to work well with others and independently, in a fast-paced environment, while responding to a number of requests and tasks. Strong communication, excellent customer service, quality control and organizational skills are required along with some previous experience in food preparation and sales. Certification in food preparation is an asset.
