FEES & DEPOSITS

A fee deposit of 50% PLUS any event fees is due at the time of booking including online, in person, or over the phone. The balance is due 96 hours prior to your arrival. Prices are subject to change without notice and are at management’s discretion. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Online transactions are subject to confirmation and adjustment. Promotions, discounts and coupons can not be combined. Please contact park office for most current pricing and details in advance.

Please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

 

BOOKING POLICY

THE POINT TENT & TRAILER RESORT IS  A SAFE SPACE FOR GAY & BISEXUAL MEN.
GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO ENTER THE PARK. YOU MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER.
Special Events, Bear Events and Long Weekends often reach capacity.
Please call ahead to book additional guests.
Campers that are not registered in advance are not guaranteed admittance to the park.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PATRONS EXCLUDING NON MEMBER, LIMITED OR SPECIAL EVENTS.

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE 2:00PM EDT 96 HOURS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE RESERVATION. (e.g. Monday at 2pm for a Friday reservation) FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO THE FULL VALUE OF THE RESERVATION.

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A FEE OF $6.95 + 7% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE RESERVATION.

MINIMUM 2 NIGHT BOOKINGS ON ALL REGULAR WEEKENDS.
HOLIDAYS, LONG WEEKENDS AND SOME SPECIAL EVENTS REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM BOOKING.

 

CHECK IN & OUT TIMES

SITE CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE NOON – SITE CHECK IN TIME IS AFTER 2:00PM

GUESTS MUST LEAVE SITE CLEAN AND FREE OF GARBAGE AND DEBRIS.
A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $150.00 + THE SITE CLEAN FEE WILL BE CHARGED AND DUE IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY SITES LEFT DIRTY.
Reservations not claimed by the time the park closes on the arrival date of the reservation will be considered a “no show” and forfeit the right to claim their site.
A cancellation, change, and/or administrative fees may be applied where needed.

 

RULES & REGULATIONS

WE ARE A MEMBERSHIP ONLY CAMPGROUND. UPON SIGNING YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE SEASON YOU AGREE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW THE RULES. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE RULE BEFORE BOOKING AS THIS WILL SPEED UP YOUR CHECK IN PROCESS. THE PARK RULES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE WITH THE INTENSION OF PROVIDING AN ENJOYABLE CAMPING EXPERIENCE FOR YOU AND OTHER PATRONS IN THE PARK.

 Indemnification and Liability

Campers, guests and visitors acknowledge that this is a campground and as such recognize that there are inherent dangers such as tree roots, rocks and other hazards which could cause tripping or falling. Campers, guests, and visitors shall indemnify and hold harmless The Point Tent & Trailer Resort and its owners and agents from and against any loss, damage, injury, claim, cost and expense (including legal expense at all court levels) arising out of or connected with their use of The Point Tent & Trailer Resort. It is expressly agreed that all personal property or equipment now or hereafter placed, stored or located on the premises shall be the sole responsibility and at the sole risk of campers, guests and visitors, and any damage, loss, theft, or destruction thereof shall be borne by campers, guests and visitors and shall be their sole responsibility.


Violation of any of the above policies may result in expulsion from the property and revocation of membership without refund, denial of future reservations and/or membership privileges and criminal prosecution.

PRIMITIVE SITES

Rustic camping for one person or groups of up to 6 people.
One standard size vehicle per site, additional parking available in the designated areas. 
Sites includes fire pit & picnic table.
In most cases, maximum trailer size permitted are small pop up. In the case of larger primitive sites, RV's can be accomidated.
To confirm if you trailer fits,  please contact the office for confirmation prior to booking. 
MAXIMUM 3 SLEEPING TENTS PER SITE + ONE DINING TENT OR ONE SMALL POP UP TRAILER PLUS ONE SLEEPING TENT & ONE DINNING TENT.
No candles, tiki or wax torches permitted. Please use LED. See park rules for more details.

Sites includes 15 amp power, fire pit & picnic table.
Maximum trailer size of 36 feet. (Sorry no RV's on these sites)
MAXIMUM 3 SLEEPING TENTS AND ONE DINING TENT OR ONE TRAILER + PLUS ONE SLEEPING TENT & ONE DINNING TENT.

Maximum trailer size of 38-40 feet. (To confirm if you trailer fits,  please contact the office for confirmation.)
MAXIMUM ONE TRAILER + PLUS ONE SLEEPING TENT & ONE DINNING TENT OR 3 SLEEPING TENTS AND ONE DINING TENT.
No candles, tiki or wax torches permitted. Please use LED.  Please see rules for more details.

Most rustic cabins are for two people however, some can accommodate up to 4 depending on the cabin type.

Cabin configurations may include: 3 single beds; double bed; or queen size bed. 
One standard size vehicle per site with additional parking available in the designated areas.
Sites includes 15 amp power, fire pit & picnic table.
Linens not provided. 
No wax candles, tiki torches or Chinese lanterns permitted.
Although The Point is a pet-friendly park, only certain cabins allow pets. Please consult with the park office prior to booking.

The Forest Suites are spacious one-room units that accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Forest Suites include a fully dressed queen size bed 15 amp electrical service, AC, small simple  bar area, chair, lamps and bar fridge.
One standard size vehicle per site, additional parking available in the designated areas. 
Close proximity to washroom and showers.
Although The Point is a pet-friendly park, there are no pets allowed in these units.
Additional linen service is available at $30.00 per)

A step up from our rustic cabins, the deluxe cabins are for two people however, some can accommodate up to 4. Please check with the park office prior to booking. 
Cabin configurations may include: queen or king size beds (inquire when booking), ceiling fan, chair, lamps, deck chairs, small covered porch, 15 amp power, fire pit & picnic table. 
One standard size vehicle per site, additional parking available in the designated areas. 
Although The POINT is a pet-friendly park, these units do not allow pets. 
MAXIMUM 1 SLEEPING TENT PER SITE + ONE DINING TENT
